Bahria Paradise Precinct 52:
Precinct 52 is the 7th part of Bahria Paradise. After having entered into the Bahria Paradise then crossing the Eden squire, on the main Paradise Avenue and through the precinct 50 & Precinct 51 to the next monument on right main through the 150 feet Quaid Avenue whereas, on the right precinct 51 and on the left precinct 54 is located and after crossing it precinct 52 is located on the main Quaid Avenue. Precinct 52 is very beautiful designed. According to the maps of Bahria Paradise, Precinct 52 is triangular by shape. Three Avenues surround the Bahria paradise precinct 52. One the first hand is 150 feet wide Quaid Avenue and 120 feet wide Sir Sayyed Avenue is on the other hand to the third side Chaudhry Rehmat Ali Avenue is there which is a 120 feet wide Avenue. Bahria Paradise Precinct 52 is totally consisted on 250 square yards residential plots. According to Bahria Paradise map there will be parks, commercial areas and Masajid on the entire 3 corners of the precinct discussed above which enhance the beauty of the precinct. Precinct 53 is the 8th one precinct of Bahria Paradise. Precinct 53 is exactly located by the side of Precinct 52. It has been describe completely in it. Precinct 53 is consisted of 250 and 500 square yards residential plots. Four multiple avenues move around Precinct 53. It has 150’ft wide Avenue on one hand while on the other hand there is a 120’ft wide Sir Sayyed Avenue. 150’ft wide Quaid Avenue is on the third side while to the last direction you will see Chaudhry Rehmat Ali Avenure. Precinct 53 is a beautiful and greater than the other precincts and moreover the commercial around it surroundings makes it more beautiful. There are three parks within the precinct including small and large ones. The park towards the Avenue 17 covers 12.28 acre land and right by the side of park there is almost 3.00 acre land for commercial area. An elegant Mosque will also be made nearby the park and the land size of the Mosque will be almost 3.17 acre.
